Emilie Puzio has been a twenty-year resident of Fairway Mews Townhomes in the Spring Lake area. She has been with The Mary Holder Agency for over 10 years, and a 20 year veteran in the Real Estate industry at the Jersey Shore.
A graduate of the Finch College in New York City, Emilie continues to be active in Manhattan as a contributing writer in "The Winged Foot," the magazine of the New York Athletic Club. She is a Board member of Boys Town of Italy. "My client base has developed over the years from my volunteer activities," said Emilie.
As a family member of the Spring Lake Golf Club and the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club, Emilie has enjoyed the friendships of many local families. "I am honored with the families who have entrusted me to list and sell their family homes, generations of memories are present in their home," Emilie relates.
Emilie's defining Real Estate moment arrived when she represented the mystery writer, Mary Higgins-Clark, as a Buyers' Agent for her home in Spring Lake.
In 1998, the Mary Holder Agency presented Emilie with their "Celebrity Award".
