Ethan Paul Petracco is a lifelong resident of Bay Head. He attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, earning a Bachelor's of Arts degree with dual majors in Political Science and International Studies. Aside from his time in Virginia, Ethan also studied in Europe, Central America, at the University of the Americas in Cholula Puebla, Mexico, and extensively in the Continental United States and Southwest. He is a member of the largest social fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha and the prestigious Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

A shore saying boasts that those born here learn to swim before they can walk. Ethan exemplifies this statement. His love of the water is apparent in his continuous service for over a decade as a Professional Lifeguard on the Bay Head beaches. He competes professionally in ocean surfboats and other events at the local, state, regional, and national levels. Ethan has taken firsts in the state championships and USA Sprint Championships in recent years. At the national level he has been a member of the Monmouth County Chapter National Team, which year after year places in the top three at United States Lifesaving Association National Championships.

Aside from his familiarity with government and cultural studies, Ethan possesses an indigenous knowledge of the history, basic architecture and construction methods of homes and properties at the Jersey Shore. He looks forward to helping those who share his love of the water and the aesthetic qualities that make the Jersey Shore unique.
