John started his career in corporate America as a project manager at Allied Signal. He left after 10 years to follow his entrepreneurial spirit, and currently consults at a small software company in Spring Lake, NJ. John's vast experience in real estate includes: owning and managing rental properties, vacation properties, sub dividing land, condominium and town home management as well as designing and building new homes.

John sits on the board of several condominium associations. He is President of the Rock Creek Woods Homeowners Association and the Secretary of the Astronaut Condominium Association.
