After 10 years of being a top producing sales associate and an additional 6 years in real estate management, I established The Mary Holder Agency in 1992 in Spring Lake, New Jersey.  In a very short period of time, my company grew from one office to multiple offices throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Surrounding myself with the best team of Realtors, Management, and Service Partners, I always felt that keeping the direction of the company would be the one to which “You would like to send your friends.” The company’s philosophy is “Dedication to Service” which has led to its “Tradition of Success” and has kept true ever since.

In 2009, I saw the opportunity to join two “traditional” forces and continue its traditional strengths and reputations, with the common goal of providing exceptional services in Real Estate, and joined Better Home and Gardens Real Estate.
